Find out how to add or change the multiple locations associated with your restaurant.
Overview
Optionally, each of your locations can have a different order email CC list, a different logo, and different order guides with your suppliers.
✨ Tip:
- Please note that only users with the Admin or Manager role for your restaurant are allowed to edit these items.
- If you are trying to upload a logo for your restaurant as a whole (all locations), refer to Change your company name, logo, or billing address. A specific location logo will supercede the restaurant-level logo when branded emails are sent by Cut+Dry.
- For more information on the account-wide order email CC list, refer to Bulk add or remove users for order status emails.
Follow these steps to manage your locations:
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Add a location
- If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
- From the side navigation menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings submenu, select Locations.
- On the Location screen, select Add Location.
- Fill in the address fields.
- Optionally, add email addresses to the CC Emails field (separated by a comma) to be sent all order status notifications for that location.
- Optionally, add a logo to be added on outgoing emails for this specific location.
- Select Add Location.
Result
Your new location is immediately available throughout the app! You will need to Change the locations associated with a supplier in order to connect the new location to any or all of your suppliers within the app.
Edit a location
- Open the side menu by selecting the three lines in the upper-left corner.
- From the side menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings submenu, select Locations.
- On the locations screen, select the location you wish to change.
- Change the information as needed.
- Select Save Changes.
Delete a location
- Open the side menu by selecting the three lines in the upper-left corner.
- From the side menu, select Settings.
- In the Settings submenu, select Locations.
- On the locations screen, select the location you wish to change.
- Scroll to the bottom and select the Delete Location link.
- Choose Yes at the prompt.
✨ Tip: As the prompt states, order guides that are assigned only to this one location are the only order guides that will be deleted.
