Work with multiple restaurant accounts

Find out how to access multiple accounts with one login using our simple switch function.

Overview

If you are a manager of multiple restaurants or franchises, you may need to access multiple restaurant or venue accounts. You do not need more than one set of login credentials to do this—an Admin user for the restaurant or a contact at your Distributor can help you connect them!

Follow these steps to set up and switch between multiple accounts:

  1. Get added to a new restaurant/venue account
  2. Switch between accounts

Get added to a new restaurant/venue account

  1. From the side navigation menu, select Settings, then Profile.
  2. Provide your exact account information (Name, Email, Mobile Phone) to the restaurant Admin or Distributor point of contact.
  3. Ask them to add you as a user to that account, referencing the following help articles, if necessary:

Switch between accounts

  1. Once you have been added to another account, log out of the app and log back in.
  2. Toggle between accounts at the top right corner of your screen.
