Change your personal profile settings

Find out how to change your personal account information within the app.

Overview

Some settings in the app can be different for each person who logs in. These personal account settings include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Password
  • Language preference (English, Spanish, Chinese, French)
  • Timezone
✨ Tip: Your personal email and SMS notification preferences can also be updated in this section of the app. Refer to Change your personal notification settings.

They're all changed in the same place, though. Follow these steps to update them!

Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.

Change your personal profile settings

  1. If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
  2. From the side navigation menu, select Settings.
  3. In the Settings submenu, select Profile.
  4. On the Profile page, edit your Account Information.
    ✨ Tip: If you change your email address or mobile number, this will change the email address or mobile number that you usually login with.
  5. Select or clear checkboxes in the Notification section, if desired.

  6. Scroll down and select the Save button.
