Change your company name, logo, or billing address

Find out how to change your company's profile information within the app.

Overview

Your company's name and logo will be used on any order you make through Cut+Dry, and your associated billing address will be used for all invoicing. Follow these steps to update them!

Tip:

  • Please note that only users with the Admin role for your restaurant are allowed to edit the items on this page.
  • If you are trying to upload a logo for a specific one of your locations (and all locations), refer to Add, edit, or delete a location. A specific location logo will supercede the restaurant-level logo when branded emails are sent by Cut+Dry.
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.

Change your company name, logo, or billing address

  1. If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
  2. From the side navigation menu, select Settings.
  3. In the Settings submenu, select Restaurant.
  4. On the Restaurant Settings page, edit your name, logo, and/or billing address.
  5. Select or clear checkboxes in the Notification section, if desired.
    Tip: For more information on the CC Emails field, refer to Bulk add or remove users for order status emails.
  6. Scroll down and select the Save button.
