Change the locations associated with a supplier

Find out how to change which restaurant locations are associated with one or more of your suppliers.

Overview

You may add a new restaurant location and need to connect them to your suppliers, allowing you to create orders for that new location. This connection must be done with each supplier individually. 

✨ Tip: Make sure you add your new location to the app before you try to edit your suppliers. Refer to Add, edit, or delete a location for more information.

Follow these steps to edit your suppliers!

Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.

Edit the locations associated with a supplier

  1. On the Place Order screen, select the three dots next to the supplier's name.
  2. Select the Edit Supplier link.
  3. In the field next to your new location, put in your new location's credentials.
    Tip: The process on this Edit Supplier screen is the same as it is for adding a new supplier, so it might look different depending on the supplier. For more information on these options, refer to Add new supplier(s).
  4. Select Save.
