Overview

If you have an issue with a delivered order (e.g., missing item, damaged item, incorrect or substituted item, or being billed for a returned item) you can report and request adjustment right within the app!

✨ Tip: Reporting an issue and requesting credit are both part of the Check-in a received order process.
