Find out how to check over your order history.
Overview
Every order you make in Cut+Dry is stored in chronological order, then by supplier.
Follow these steps to review your orders!
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Review past orders
- If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
- From the side navigation menu, select Order History.
Result
Your Order History shows each order your account has placed, starting with the newest, and the current status of it.
By selecting one order, you can view the Items, Timeline, and Credit Request tabs for more information on that order.
✨ Tip: The Credit Request tab is only present if an order issue was reported. To report an issue on an order, refer to Check-in a received order.
