Find out how to pay multiple invoices from one supplier at the same time.
Overview
Cut+Dry makes it easy to pay several invoices together.
✨ Tip: In order to batch pay, all selected invoices must be from the same supplier.
Follow these steps to pay multiple invoices at once!
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from an Android phone. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.
Batch pay multiple invoices
- If using the mobile app, open the side menu by selecting the three lines.
- From the side navigation menu, select Pay.
- On the Pay Suppliers screen, select Create Batch Payment.
- On the Batch Payment screen, select the checkboxes for all invoices you wish to pay at once.
✨ Tip: In order to batch pay, all selected invoices must be from the same supplier.
- Select Continue.
- Choose your payment method and payment date.
✨ Tip: You will need to have your payment method(s) already added in order to do this process. If necessary, refer to Add a payment method.
- Select the Pay $ button.
