Reset your password

Find out how to reset your password for the app if you are locked out.

Overview

The password reset function is right on the login page of the app. Follow these steps to reset!

✨ Tip: If you instead are looking to change your password, refer to Change your personal profile settings.
Note: Screenshots shown were taken from the mobile app. However, all information in this article is applicable regardless of how you access the app: via mobile phone, tablet, or the desktop web portal.

Reset your password

  1. On the top page of the app, click on Forgot Password.
  2. In the text field, enter your phone number or email address.
  3. Select Request Password.

Result

We'll send you a link via email or SMS. Follow that link to enter a new password.
