What is Endless Aisle?

Southwest Traders now offers an expanded catalog—Endless Aisle—with hundreds of additional items that are shipped directly to your doorstep in 1–2 business days.

  • Endless Aisle items ship directly to you, not on a Southwest Traders truck.
  • There is free shipping for orders over $200.
  • There are no order minimums for Endless Aisle items.

Endless Aisle can be found in the Southwest Traders catalog under its own (self-titled) section. 

Can I check out with Southwest Traders local delivery items and Endless Aisle items in the same order?

Yes, you can place an order containing both! 

Does "no order minimum" apply for Southwest Traders local delivery items, too?

No, this applies only to your Endless Aisle items. Your Southwest Traders local delivery item total will still need to meet the specified order minimum for submission.

Will I receive an order confirmation once I place an Endless Aisle order?

You will receive an order confirmation for your Endless Aisle order via email after placing the order.

How can I check the status of my Endless Aisle order?

Endless Aisle order information is kept with all of your other orders, under Order History in the left navigation menu.

How do I pay for an Endless Aisle order?

You will receive a separate invoice from Southwest Traders for your Endless Aisle order. This can be paid the same way you pay for other invoices from Southwest Traders.

Where can I find my Endless Aisle order invoice?

Your Endless Aisle invoice will be listed along with all other order invoices, under Pay in the left navigation menu.

Where can I find my Endless Aisle order number?

Your order number can be found in three places:

  • On the "order success" popup message once the order is submitted
  • On the order confirmation email sent to you a few minutes after placing the order
  • Under Order History in the left navigation menu

Where is my Endless Aisle order?

You will receive a tracking number and tracking link in the shipping confirmation email, which is sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
